Direct entry or sideways entry as a Diver?

    hey just a quick question I've spoke to some people about transferring to the diving branch and they said it's better than going in as a direct entry due to the fact that most sideways entrants have a more understanding of the service. What do you think is better direct or sideways entry?

    If you're asking about muff diving I always prefer the direct approach; sideways can be a bit awkward. :tongue:
