A short notice acquaint day with the fuzz in Portsmouth. not just any fuzz, Royal Navy fuzz.
Royal Navy Police (East 'manor') are holding another open day to raise the profile of the branch and have opened this to candidates seeking to join as RN Police.
Direct Entry candidates attendance at the Open day in Mar 18 was given positive feedback so they have opened up the day again. Service personnel seeking a sideways Branch transfer will also be attending.
The briefing day includes presentations from: a RNP SNCO Course Instructor in relation to the RNP Initial Course (RNPIC), the Fleet Crime Scene Manager on Forensics, a brief from a RNP SNCO actively working as a Crime Scene Examiner within a Tri-Service environment. Presentations are also given on the role of the RNP at sea, within a RNP HQ. RNP personnel will be available to answer questions in relation to RNP employment in various roles, including assignments overseas.
