Welcome to the Navy Net aka Rum Ration

The UK's largest and busiest UNofficial RN website.

The heart of the site is the forum area, including:

  1. Ahoy there Shippers,

The time has come for me to do something about my ever increasing weight/waistline that does not involve running or rowing machines but still requires a good level of CV 'workout'.

My chiropractor has recommended a cross training machine (more like Nordic cross country skiing) as opposed to simply cross dressing (Saturday night out wearing womens clothes).

As an ex Booty the latter is by far and away the preferable option however...........

my question is simply this, does anyone have experience of good Makes and Models of such machines and if so what are they?

i am standing by for all manner of comments some of which will might hopefully just possibly be helpfull

    Riggers

PS Happy Christmas to you all if i dont get a chance to say so nearer the time
