I'm self isolating, as far as I know I don't have the virus, I just can't be arsed to go in to work.

May be different next week as I'm getting the flu jab Saturday

Flu Jab at Boots end of Sept, just before they stopped it for under 65 due to demand.
I self isolate with those I live with every day, until I need to go out ;)

We're still being anti-social old gits self isolating. One of our circle is a bit of a party animal and we don't know where she's been or who with. Lots of her friends are Spanish and still doing the kissy kissy bit. Since our area has quite high numbers and is still in a pretty severe lock-down, it is just easier to stay indoors.

We did venture out on Monday and had our flu jabs and also splashed out on pneumonia jabs. Quite expensive, but it seems that one of the big problems with Covid 19 is getting pneumonia as a side effect. Also it lasts for 10 years or life - whichever comes first!!

Out shopping with the missus yesterday, went into Morrisons and there they were; The Fuckwit family. Granny pushing a sprog in a buggy, three year old running around squeeling like a pig, thirty something lardarse mummy stuffing her face with doughnuts she's got from the bakery counter, not a mask in sight. The dirty bitch is picking items up with her slobber covered hands, then chucking it back on the shelf, grab something else same again, chuck it back, fecking horrible woman. My missus says,' Don't start, we'll complain on the way out'. Through the checkout, ask to see the duty manager and we point this unhygenic bloody woman out to him.
His response; 'It's not company policy to correct our customers in case we upset them.' And people wonder why the virus is getting out of control. Feck you Morrisons, we'll shop elsewhere in future.

Kind of explains what's going on in Hull at present.

Coronavirus agrees to Christmas truce

The coronavirus has reportedly agreed to comply with the Government’s plans to lift Covid restrictions over Christmas and has promised not to infect anyone between Christmas Eve and New Year’s Day.

The Coronavirus truce will begin at midnight on 23rd December.

Rumours that Coronavirus and humans will have a big Christmas Eve game of football in no-man’s land are, as yet, unconfirmed.
