Not sure if this is the correct forum but if not hopefully someone can point me in the right direction.
My dad served as an Artificer in the RN until 1965 when he unfortunately fell ill while onboard ship in the Carribean. He was transfered to hospital in Kingston but passed away shortly after and was buried in Grand Cayman. Although I have a few old photos of his grave along with his enlisting details I dont have very much information to go with.
Im going out to Cayman in May and I want to get in touch with someone/department in the RN in advance of my trip who can give me some advice about visiting, upkeep of his grave, service records that may exist etc.
If anyone can tell me who I should contact I would be very grateful.
