This is a chance to win a copy of the 20th Rebus book brought to us by Ian Rankin. As ever a taut thriller with many elements of crime, politics and generally being a PITA. A cracking book - see the review, link below.

The competition is for one of five copies of this book. As ever, just complete the entry form on Survey Monkey correctly and you will be in with a shout when the winners are drawn. The competition will run until Sunday 1st December.

I got into Rebus after being delayed one friday night sat bored in Southampton airport. After a few weeks Mrs wits got curious and caught the Rebus bug.

I just looked out the Limited edition Fleshmarket Close signed by the man I bought as a present for the Mrs. Number 793 of 2000. Should be worth the 25 quid I paid for it in 20 years.
I like the Rebus series, but hes an Edinburgh poof compared to Taggert. The originals. (Mark Mc Manus)

Only in weegieland. For the rest of us it is "not proven"!

Will have to give that "touching cloth" comp a shot as well, but after what I just said I suspect chances of winning are now slightly lower than Scotland winning the World Cup . . . or anything for that matter really . . .

There is a wise old saying "when the hole is deep enough, stop digging!"
