    • Induct new starters onto the Account
    • Maintain the Account structure chart and plan
    • Assist with Line Manager administration around people moves, PDI's and development plans
    • Assist with the Account training administration to include booking courses
    • Manage the Account award mailbox
    • Provide cover to the Business Support team and Facilities when required
    • Monitor the Group team mailbox dealing with any queries efficiently
    • Communications - gather articles from the Account for publication in internal and external channels
    • Co-ordinate comms articles from the Account - either by email or interviews
    • Write and review articles
    • Produce weekly Account newsletter
    • Produce bi-monthly Account Cascade pack
    • Distribute articles to various channels - eg newsletter, Yammer, external channels
    • Liaise with central comms team for articles
    • Update company Intranet with Account news
    • Support for communications manager including advising and writing content for internal and external initiatives
    • Administration duties to support people & communications team (booking meetings, minute taking etc.)
    • Other general ad-hoc administration requests from Capability, People and Comms team
