clipper flights from lee

does anyone remenber the clipper flights from lee. I seem to remember that there were two routes Northern and Southern . The northern flying up to Lossie via all air stations en route, the Southern to brawdy via Yeovilton and Culdrose.The cabs were herons and doves.
If you were extremely lucky you might hitch a lift on one on weekend!!

Oh my god!!!

I remember them. I didn't think I was that old.

Never ever made one, being at Portland most of the time twas a tad dificult even trying to get a Dove near the place.

Did catch the odd Heron from Prestwick to Culdrose and the odd scheduled lift to H/Row so the navy could stick me in the bloody Dunker at Pompey. ((Pre Yeovilton). Age showing again)!
