  1. If you are bored, try this recipe, it will take about five minutes to make, and it tastes delicious.
Ideal recipe for kids to make as well

    4 tablespoons flour
    4 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons cocoa or other chocolate drink powder
    1 egg
    3 tablespoons milk
    3 tablespoons oil
    3 tablespoons chocolate chips (optional)
A small splash of vanilla extract
    1 large coffee mug

Add dry ingredients to bowl, and mix well.

Add the egg and mix thoroughly.
Pour in the milk and oil and mix well.
Add the chocolate chips (if using) and vanilla extract, and mix again.
    Empty bowl into Mug
Put your mug in the microwave and cook for 3mins 30 seconds
The cake will rise over the top of the mug, but don't be alarmed!
Allow to cool a little, and tip out onto a plate if desired.

My kids just made this as dessert for tonight's supper - first barbecue of the year (well the temperature reached the dizzy heights of +10, the snow's gone from the deck and the barby is clear!) followed by the chocolate mug cake with ice-cream and strawberries. Delicious!

Off now for a walk round the block so I can make some room for beer later tonight :)
  18. Shall I book your quintuple bypass surgery now.... :?:
  19. Surely OMD113 would be more apt!

The Castrol GTX worked fine.... just fine... though I do resemble Monty's avatar now!!!
