Chatroom locked?

I can't enter the chatroom. I've got a picture of the Quicktime icon on my screen with a question mark in the middle. Eeek! What happening! And just when I want to chat to Morsehorse! :???: :shock: :cry:

I just knew there must be a rational explanation! It was expressing it's own cultural identity! :lol: I suspect it might have something to do with autodownloading Microsoft Office updating software... the downside of being still heavily reliant on using Word and Excel for so much work.
