    Came across these again today, having a clearout. I bought them a few years ago at a bootfair for a poultry sum.

    Thought they might be fun !

  7. The last phot shows HMSubmarine K3. A WW1 era ill fated class build ,using steam turbines as main surface propulsion.
    The class killed more ratings than ever the Germans did .

  8. The last 4 hulls were finished as the M class of which only 3 were commissioned, they didn't do too well either as 2 of those were lost with all hands.

    Mind you M3 the only one that didn't sink was fitted out as a mine layer and deemed a success
