  1. Hi, Bone question alert!

I'm filling in my 'Application for a Commission' and in the declaration is asks for the codes of the publications I have read.

I assume there are the warfare and warfare officer brochures and the codes are L2/X/V3 and L3/X/O(GS) But I would like to make sure before I fill it in.

  2. Well done CB. You've passed the test.
  3. Ha, thanks.

Actually, seeing it there it makes sense - which I wasn't expecting!
L is the level of specialisation (eg overall, branch, specialisation) X is warfare, V3 is version and O(GS) is officer general service.

Lesson 1: Think before worrying too much!
