    As for the supplied picture -one of the ''tankers'' is in ballast . Bulk carriers
    look very similar to tankers .

    Going purely on the title alone - Surely this must be a classic oxymoron, ie:

    'Capitalism' merely povides the means for enabling others (the hewers of wood and the drawers of water) to be 'at work'.
