One day standards will fall enough to match the Americans, perhaps this is the way to do it.

OMG.... I am Lost for words!!!! my son on Wednesday experienced yet another example of Capitas total and utter incompetence!!! His application is now into its 18th month, and Capita have messed up every single step of the way..... they couldn’t even manage to send him his original application form !!! We were warned of their uselessness before he started his application - the powers to be know how useless they are - so why!!!????!!!!

Other than the medical filtering the RN managed to avoid Crapita's incompetence in recruiting but now find themselves having them let loose with the training. Until we see the full impact of the decision I suppose we should withhold our counsel but the omens are not good.

Someone must be getting a pay off somewhere along the line. They've recently cocked up numerous Police Officers pensions by overpaying some and underpaying others. I was overpaid (not a fortune) but because it was their mistake I didn't have to pay it back. A new firm now has the pension job. Everything Capita touch seems to have problems, but they still keep getting contracts.

Remarkably like British waste-o-space. They haven't produced anything on time,on budget, or working for decades.
And still they get contracts.
