If you saw the mess that Labour has made of the NHS (instead of listening to Government press releases) you'd understand that any change is likely to be an improvement.

Now there you have to be joking..You have people in blue who say the NHS should go .So how can you make a statememt like that ???

Because he is a doctor who knows what he is talking about.

The Tories don't want the NHS to "go" that is Labour spin, they do want to make some significant changes and have a much larger role for private healthcare providers which frankly, given the strain on the public sector, is not a bad idea.

The day I watched a hospital 'manager' have a flaming row with a doctor over sending an elderly lady home with serious chest pain in the middle of a Winter night because her light on the space allocation board had turned red was the day I knew for sure the whole thing was fcuked.
