Mmmm, the careful juxtaposition of a blue plastic tarpaulin, obviously symbolising the overwhelming feeling of suffocation bought on by the overcrowded bedlam that is modern day inner city living, multi coloured tape signifying the ties that bind our multi cultural society together and all balanced on a rusty old oil drum surely representing the Planet Earth our own 'Oil Drum' as it were all bring together the theme of utter joy that is living in a country that pays some twat to do this....er is that enough Ed?
