BRNC: Is there a break between Militarisation and Marinisation?

Hi all.

I am set to attend the 11th of January 2021 intake at B.R.N.C. and I have not yet recieved any additional information regarding the intake. I have a question regarding the timeline training, specifically if there is a break between the militarisation and marinisation phases? I have a friend who is getting married and I would like to let him know whether or not I might be able to attend the wedding.

Any help is much appreciated.

Your militarisation term will complete on 16 Apr 21 and your marinisation term will commence on 3 May 21; between those dates you'll be on leave. In usual circumstances you would also have weekend leave post-ABLE, which is in your 9th week; however CV-19 has impacted that for the current militarisation term (as I'm sure you understand) and I wouldn't want to begin to guess where the college will be with that next term.

Thank you very much for the information. Thats helps inmmensly. I completely understand as well that all of this is to be taken with a grain of salt, CV-19 has throw a spanner in the works for everyone. That gives me a good bit of information to give them. Thank you again.
