    This month marks the 70th anniversary of Operation Jaywick, in which 14 Allied commandos mounted an attack on Japanese ships anchored in Singapore's harbour.

    In honour of those brave men, six expats retraced their footsteps from September 1943 for a good cause – the Help for Heroes charity. This involved kayaking for up to nine hours a day and camping out on deserted islands.
