Simon Scarrow is well known as a writer of historical fiction, especially of Roman times. Here he is starting a new era in that he writes about WW2. Set on Lefkas Island in Greece pre and during WW2 this is the tale of a German who spent his holidays in the area pre-war befriending a local Greek boy of the same age, then comes back as an intelligence officer for the Germans during the occupation.

There are three copies of this book available for grabs - a must for Simon Scarrow fans. Competition can be found here: Hearts of Stone

Competition will run until Sunday 21 June 2015
