Many of you will have read ther stories that Swordman has put up in the Military History Forum. Well, he has brought some of these stories together in a book, 5 copies of which have been bought by the COs for prizes.

The entry form for the comp can be found on Survey Monkey here. The competition will run until Sunday 7th September, at some point during the day.

The book has been reviewed and that can be seen here: Cameos of War

If you are unlucky not to win, or are impatient then copies can be bought from Brian, details on the review.

All monies raised are going to BLESMA. Brian says that sales so far have covered costs so anything raised now goes straight to BLESMA.

Good response for a great book and I hope that those lucky enough enjoy it and those unlucky will contact Swordman and buy a copy. Only the price of a few beers.

Next Competition is up and running and is for "Spymaster" about one of Britain's unsung Intelligence Officers. See here for the entry: Spymaster by Helen Fry
