  1. What do you think a good score would be?

I just done level 13.5 with 20m runs.

I feel I could of gone slightly further but aim to beat this next time, any thoughts?

  6. 13 is good enough for the marines?

Be warned the gym is sweltering at the the moment!

Do those grades (pass/good/very good etc) equate to actual AIB points? I heard it was marked out of 10. With 7.8 being the minimum pass for men u25?
  7. what are the levels for 29year old?
  8. From my limited knowledge of the AIB and the fitness test, the amount of effort you put in is as important as the actual level you reach - demonstrates determination and courage. That said don't go for over exagerated facials to try and show how hard you are trying, you will just look like a mong!!!
  9. When we were there they marked down our level, the board wasn't present so couldn't 'judge' us and I doubt the PTI read our files to find out our current fitness.

Afaik it goes down under your motivation score, the higher you get the more they assume you've prepared and exercised for the AIB, but they don't come up with some arbitrary effort score.
