    [FONT=&quot]To support, day to day, the safe operation of the client Sites and to co-ordinate and support the application of best practice and code of conduct throughout the organisation. Will also be primarily responsible for the management of bids and price assertions and playing a key role in the development of business and technical strategy.     · [FONT=&quot]To assist and support implementation of the site Health & Safety Policy[/FONT]

    • [FONT=&quot]Monitor for safety hazards in the work environment via 5S audit (trip, VDUs)[/FONT]
    • [FONT=&quot]Review safety KPIs[/FONT]
    • [FONT=&quot]Complete accident investigation reports as necessary[/FONT]
    • [FONT=&quot]Complete H&S risk assessments for the team activities and assist operations for new equipment etc. as required[/FONT]

    • [FONT=&quot]Work with the commercial team and Program managers to prioritize bids and ensure estimate lead times for bid preparation and approval is achieved[/FONT]
    • [FONT=&quot]Manage the bid team and ensure supporting stakeholders achieve the agreed deadlines[/FONT]
    • [FONT=&quot]Ability to review bid accuracy using knowledge of the primus business[/FONT]
    · [FONT=&quot]Development and motivate the team to improve the ability to effectively and efficiently cost work packages (Identify tools and standardization, evaluate and make recommendations to use parametric modelling software to generate RC proposals.[/FONT]

    • [FONT=&quot]Negotiate deadlines with the customer in instances when deadlines are not able to be achieved[/FONT]
    • [FONT=&quot]Review customer feedback and feedback to programme managers in order to strengthen the Primus commercial competiveness for future bids[/FONT]
    · [FONT=&quot]Launch all internal and supply chain activities to enable the business to respond with a fully compliant offer that adheres to and supports the internal approval process.[/FONT]
    · [FONT=&quot]Maintain a register and flow down to supply chain all the necessary Non- disclosure / Proprietary Information agreements that ensures compliance.[/FONT]
    · [FONT=&quot]Ensure all the necessary licenses ITAR’s, Export etc are in place before any data, hardware or information is exchanged[/FONT]
    · [FONT=&quot]Ensure correct rates, factors and burdens are applied to all RC & NRC estimates in order to achieve the margin requirements of the business. [/FONT]
    · [FONT=&quot]Ensure pricing breakdowns / proposals are set up in such away that annual price adjustments / changes are easy to process / respond to.[/FONT]
    · [FONT=&quot]Ensure compliance to Pre-Approval Requirements Policy.[/FONT]

    • [FONT=&quot]Breakdown of work packages into tooling costs, BOM costs & production hours[/FONT][FONT=&quot][/FONT]
    • [FONT=&quot]Define the man hours required for the NPI or transfer process and the resources required to obtain the required customer approvals by working with the PMs and LPEs[/FONT]
    • [FONT=&quot]Define engineering sub-con costs (for example, ply shape development)[/FONT]
    • [FONT=&quot]Liaise with Engineering to define the technical proposal manufacturing route[/FONT]
    • [FONT=&quot]Define and cost the Inspection requirements[/FONT]
    • [FONT=&quot]Ensure the work package can be accommodated by the FCD and PBD facilities [/FONT]
    • [FONT=&quot]Feed associated workloads into the capacity plans[/FONT]

    • [FONT=&quot]Ability to negotiate and represent the company at a high level of authority[/FONT]
