BFRS Careers Event - Tidworth, 2nd October

    This event is aimed at giving the Forces Community an opportunity to meet with employers and training providers who are looking to recruit from, and work with, the Armed Forces Community, as well as access to self-employment opportunities and support services specialising in the transition from Military to Civilian life.

  2. Employers at the event will include Randstad CPE, Balfour Beatty Rail, Sodexo, Southern Water, Calor Gas and the Civil Nuclear Constabulary to name a few, as well as the training providers and support services who'll be there.

    Sian from CareerMaster4Military will be offering free CV advice on the day, so let us know if you want to make an appointment in advance because she books up quickly!

    Plus SSAFA will be there with refreshments (including a 4ft cake!) as part of their Big Brew Up.

  4. To anyone in their last year of service these events are wrth attending.
    Take plenty of CVs and distibute them to those who have positions that you may be interested in.
    Don't forget that skills gained in the military often transfer easily to skills required by employers
