Where do they sling their Hammocks? It's a tough life, but somebodys got to do it....all of 9 months away, wow. I know, sarcasm is the lowest form of wit. My predecessors probably laughed at my cushy life style in the 50's Navy.

Personally, knowing two of the people interviewed shows what I have though for along time and that is they are absolutely clueless!!! I find it slightly embarassing when this appears in the press.

And we wonder why we are going to loose out to the Army when the SDSR reports. Who on earth sanctioned that going out? What did they think it would achieve apart from making the RN look like a bunch of whining, clueless, unprofessional loosers? Makes my blood boil.

I clearly joined the wrong Arm.

Email facilities? Showers? Warm bunks? We were lucky if we had a shellscrape to ourselves. Stage three fire trenches were a luxury.

Mmmmmmm, trenches..........
