Just going through the procedure of buying the humble abode in the UK.

Had to sign a declaration that of the ten people with my name I was not one of the ten people who are bankrupt. There I was sat sitting thinking I was all alone on this planet with my very own name!!!

Drawing the cash out of the bank was a nightmare showing passport and still I had to answer questions galore. I take it faking a passport is easy then??
If it's your first house purchase, congratulations on putting a foot on the property ladder. It will be hard work and you may have to miss out on some items that you have been used to having, however it will probably be the best purchase you will ever make.
My advice is that whatever it takes then keep going with your property; when you can buy more.
It's hard at first but you get used to it.
Congratulations and the best of luck.
