    Not strictly true as anyone serving in T-boats will testify, although I would concede that our intelligence collecting capability has been reduced.

    I have a few of these books from the 80's. They're great, but getting smaller each year :(

    Thanks, Chaz, I put that quote in the review because I couldn't figure out what the author was getting at, but I assume it's a question the answer to which should not be posted on the internet.
