What are you thinking of doing when you leave the Mob?
If you want a job where you can still have a sense of humour and a good laugh in the mess room then join the Railways. I kid you not.
I did a few things after I left including the following;
Personal protection for a rich bloke in Knightsbridge. Boring as hell.
Police Officer in Manchester. Might as well handcuff yourself thanks to the PC brigade.
Selling Insurance. Crap.
Then I hit the jackpot and became a Train Driver.
I do a 35 hour 4 day week for £37k a year.
If I do my rest days and the odd Sunday it goes up to over £60k.
You get the best seat on the Train and you are your own boss.
And as long as you don't screw up, it's a job for life.
