    My client is a leading training provider who is involved in the design and delivery of innovative and comprehensive Military training solutions. They now have a requirement for an Apprenticeship Coordinator - Public Uniformed Services to join their team in Inverness. Reporting to the Team Leader the successful candidate will contribute towards the achievement of apprenticeship scheme targets through the recruitment of learners, delivering, assessing and / or monitoring QCF Diplomas and delivering functional skills training and assessment. Due to the nature of the role, candidates must hold a full UK driving licence with access to their own vehicle and be prepared to travel to other sites when required.

    • Achievement of or working towards CTLLS or equivalent.
    • Ability to train and assess up to level 3 Public Uniformed Services and up to Level 2 Functional Skills.
    • Hold TAQA or equivalent (A1 D32 and D33).
    • Hold NVQ Level in sector related qualification.
    • Proven demonstrable experience of assessment of learners, lesson planning and preparation and delivery of training to learners.
