So, cyclists get 20p per mile - nearly as much as the value of motor car mileage on a 1771. When will the pig trough be turned upside down allowing all MPs to have blooded noses. This doesn't just happen in Westminster though as our local town council Chief Exec has just received £120k in salery!!
