"It amounts to nothing less than a maritime renaissance," Britain's First Sea Lord Admiral George Zambellas told an arms fair in London. "The Navy is back in business."
All Adml George has to do to back that up is get some DD/FFs back from MoD(Centre) or, preferrably, the Treasury.

More chance of 9 pigs doing a flypast in a diamond 9 formation trailing red, white and blue smoke from their butts than there is of getting more hulls. I think out 'naval renaissance' will just involve ever longer deployments for the ships we've got.
