Address Change?

#1
I am currently in a Live-In job and will have to change my address to something for when I go. Cant use my parents place as I officially can't be living there as they are renting. So should i change it to the address of raleigh or is there a central naval address. I am guessing the latter is only really for confirmed naval personal.

What about other family or friends?

Why not use your parents address/family home as a mailing address? it doesn't mean you are living there & has no relevance to any rental agreement.

Once you join you can use your service address, or wherever you intend staying when on leave, but until then any mail addressed to a person yet to join is unknown to the service & will be returned to sender.
