ACL Reconstruction

Welcome to the Navy Net aka Rum Ration

The UK's largest and busiest UNofficial RN website.

The heart of the site is the forum area, including:

  1. I have recently handed in my application form for the royal navy where i have applied to be a ET WE Submariner. On the application guidence notes it lists a number of illness or previous operations which you must disclose.

I have had a anterior crutiate ligament reconstruction last year but i have now fully healed and been told i can go back to play contact sport if i want to.

Do you think this will still cause a problem with my application?

As an ET(WS)(SM) you'll not need your legs anyway, as you'll be asleep in your bunk all day (and night)...

But on a serious note, Angrydoc will no doubt comment on this in due course. Good luck! :thumbleft:
