Well since the cry of "...on the bus....off the bus.....no, on the bus..." has featured prominently during my career, this sort of formal qualification would seem to be long overdue........

  2. What a wonderful qualification :D Perhaps, to keep these exam boards ticking over, and of course to further drain the taxpayers money, it should be compulsary for all those who reach the age of 60 and get a free bus pass.
This will keep the elderly, or about to classed as elderly, in continuing education. One promise this government can keep

  3. WTF! I've seen some mickey mouse qualifications before and thought getting a qualification for playing computer ganmes was bad enough, but one for getting on abus?
On second thought after some of the posts on here, it may acually be a struggle for some

  4. What next? A GCSE for telling the time? Make it an 'A' level if you can do it on an analogue clock. How about a National Diploma in shoe lace tying?

  5. Got one! " City & Guilds Nautical Studies" same difference.

  6. There'll be some numpty behind this who is getting paid 50 grand per annum of our money as an "outreach advisor in transport integration", or something similar.
Obvously doing a good and worthwhile job.
    Bah! Phoey! Humbug!

  7. We are breeding a nation of ******* idiots, and rewarding them for it

  8. Now if only they would do a qualification for the bus driver then we'd be nearly there......
