Despite the obvious problems to UK plc, it also means that there will be a reduced level of Part 3/BSQ training available to the troops.

On the flip side, lots of time off for everyone to spend their submarine pay or go on AT and none of that nasty boring patrol stuff to do!

Why do they insist on saying "the HMS..., winds me up.

As the report is in the Wail, and it quotes The Sun, it's lost a lot of credibility before I start reading. In fact Wikipedia has binned the Wail as a source because it's unreliable..how ironic is that
