Bollocks, I threw a bucket of icey-cold water over me, rolled in the snow an went for a 4 mile run the other day.

In shorts and a t-shirt I might add...

I have the straight jacket to hand, we just aint got your '20 8O

It's the only way I can train for Tough Guy at the end of the month, have already booked the local church for my funeral.

I didn't mean because its cold I mean because the roads are just plain ice and walking on them is hard enough

cold is no issue warm up after 5 minutes

It's probably best that you just wind your neck in son. I've done a 5 mile run, and this evening an additional run to the gym. Tommo on this site has run almost every night in this weather and to the best of my knowledge is still in one piece. Snow and ice are not a problem if you take the effort to find a good area and focus on what you're doing.

I'm supposed to be nice to newbies now, so I'll just bugger off and scowl until I am calmed by Ninja's words.

That's ok, we encourage black boys to do alternative activities like colouring in. It gives them a rest from mugging dopey white kids trying to run in the snow.
