A day at the 'In & Out' Club - 22 May 08

I thought the following might be of interest to the better heeled amongst you, which is part of a charity event...

Festival for Heroes

There’s a party afoot and everyone will be there.

Come 22nd May, from noon to 8.00 p.m., the Naval and Military Club (better known to many as the “In & Outâ€) in conjunction with Fortnum & Mason, will open it’s doors to all; civilians, servicemen, Members and non-Members; all in the name of a hugely worthwhile and apt charity:
Help for Heroes

For the price of a ticket you are welcomed into the luxury of this legendary Members’ club for an affair of music, food and wine, socialising and bazaar style shopping. And a very healthy sprinkling of celebrities who support this cause will be there on the day.

It is your chance to do a little for Help for Heroes, a cause set up to raise funds for the injured soldiers, sailors and airmen whose lives have been brutally altered after being wounded in Iraq and Afghanistan. Every penny spent on your ticket will go to the fund along with ten percent of everything you spend whilst perusing the stands of local Mayfair traders. Be sure not to eat before arriving as a number of restaurants and chefs, well known and not so well known, will have stands. Tastings can be washed down with wine from the very best known local merchants and the finest of Mayfair, St James’s and Jermyn Street goods and services will be on display for you.

1,000 tickets are available at £50 each
Please contact 0845 300 1707 (and press 4)

If you would like more information or would like to take a stand at the Festival please contact [email protected] or call 020 7827 5730.

We look forward to seeing you there.
