Yea it’s cleared up now mate!

I just cracked on with it really still ran and did my normal cardio even though it hurt just got on with it. But after a few weeks the pain just went away, I’ve been doing a lot of ab workouts and since that I’ve had no troubles with my ribs. It was probably just the fact my core and chest wasn’t up to strength with the rest of my body.
