Looking for advice on a career change.
Currently in the process of applying for Logistics Officer role as I want to push myself to be an officer in the Navy, I've found I keep drifting off to the same thought of where it could take me while I'm at work doing some menial task at work so figured...
I've been told that I'll be do doing my RNP training with a class of direct entry recruits as I've missed the last class before the change to direct entry comes about.
Is there anyone on here who's joining up as RNP/thinking about joining up as RNP?
What's everyone's opinions...
In a break from tradition, in which entry into the Royal Navy Police (RNP) cadre has been by sideways entry from RN branches, the Naval Service now offers Direct Entry Service Police as a career option.
Direct Entry and Inter Service Transfer (IST) candidates will be rated Leading Hand (LH)...
I'm seriously thinking about transferring over to the Royal Navy Police. I was just wondering if anyone has done it recently? How long does it take? what's the interview stages like etc.
I'm curently a LWtr.
Would be grateful for any info!
