    Good morning All Today in Navy news Vice Admiral Tony Radakin is to be promoted to First Sea Lord successor to Admiral Sir Philip Jones. I see that Sir Philip Jones was GS. Is there any branch or branches of the service and that see more people in flag rank than others? Regards B
