As always with James Patterson an enjoyable read with plenty of twists and turns along the way.
Our hero, Alex Cross, is once more on the trail of people trying to usurp the lawful government of the United States of America, are foreign powers involved or is it something closer to home.
A number of high ranking America politicians are assassinated by different assassins, are these murders connected, if so who is orchestrating them and what is the purpose behind them?
As a sub plot who is sending Cross notes begging for help?
A long term fan of Patterson’s novel, in all of there various guises, I was not disappointed in this, his latest effort.
Good story well suited for bedtime or travel reading.
