Nelson's Mediterranean Command

I felt a little cheated by this book. It was as much about Admiral Sir John Orde, an ancestor of the author, as it was Nelson. That's not to say it's not well written or researched, it most certainly is both. The chapters concerning the American War of Independence were particularly interesting (maps would have helped in descriptions of the battles), but I just couldn't get away from the fact that I was expecting to read a book about Nelson, yet he seemed to be a secondary character to me.
