On O boats your bed became a seat in the mess square for scran, that does not happen on on T,A or V boats, they have a seperate mess for eating in
Finished with main motors and steering

Having gone from A's to P's and then to Bombers and S class. My preference would always be the A class, especially for the size of bunks.

I assume you don't mean the new A Class! - their bunks are shite and just about suitable for PORGs
Not so much a way of life - more like an adventure!

Lets kick off the old chestnut again, I've not seen it resurrected in a long time.
I'm pleased to see that you served IN A boats, Janner and not ON them. Always a bummer when they dived.
