Discuss Software upgrade done this morning - any errors here please / Blog removed in Site Issues on Navy Net; Another nitpick - the 'First Unread Post' button returns not the first unread post but the post at the head of the page containing it....

Is this on DII or a normal PC?

Also just confirm what doesn;t work in the likes - is this page blank? View Profile: Good CO - Navy Net - Navy and Marine Community . If it's something else can you give some detail?

I'm on Dii at the moment and can see your likes on that page. When i click on the 'last unread' button I go to the correct post, on Dii.I do have a problem whereby I can't make paragraphs when posting from a Dii machine (WreckerL had this problem, previously I think).
Give a man a fish and he'll feed his family for a day,
teach a man to fish and he'll sit round on a boat all day drinking beer.

Normal PC ... if any NHS PC can be termed normal!

Like button didn't seem to work e.g. you pressed the button and nothing happened / like was not recorded.

Having said that AG has "Liked" my post so wonder if it was down the the system running slowly. Still taking a long time to open pages / refresh with the strap line reporting "waiting for navy net etc". Don;t think its my end as the Braodband is working pretty well instantaniously on other sites (Google etc).

Sorry ... don;t think I can be of much more help

Try adjusting the settings for your editor as described in this sticky. It's actually for a different problem, but I think it will do the trick:

    Loss of Formatting Buttons

The problem is that VBulletin is moving forwards with its functionality, but leaving DII / IE6 behind. I'm told DII will be updated shortly so perhaps this will all be solved.... mmmm.....

No problem and thanks for the detail. It doesn't immediately help me much, but combined with feedback from others with the same problems it may do

Billy reporting in. For the 1st time in a long time it appears to have some functionality on this herecollection of old DII gear. It's been lockin' out - freezin' up - unable to browse/change forums oranything else for that matter. WHatever your fix is/was....... thank you from the bottom of myheart. Now let's see if I can get this posted........Luv'n'Hugs,B.N.M.(Edited to add I didn't type it like that - so there may be prob with line spacing here.My lines are usually and do not continue to the end of the box)Okay - proof. No *Return* capability. Input just goes to end of line and auto completes.Thoughts?
