    Alternatively a brisk rub-down with a damp haddock, followed by a pull-through with a frozen dog, will take your mind off it.

    Good news boys, Im back in training.
    Just a few days rest is all i needed. I must have been training to hard. I really did think id torn a muscle or something but my chest seems fine now. Thanks for all your advice and that.

    adaptation, you can buy gel pads that you can heat up or freeze(they say apply for the most of 15 minutes or it kill the nerves for any longer) and apply them to the swollen areas
