    The po caterer at gannet put out compo for dinner one day the 3 choices were Steak/Kidney puds, Sausages & Chicken Curry. Luckily the Jimmy decided to ask the troops how they were enjoying the food, strangely the caterer was drafted the following day.

    From 56 to 79, even through the catering scandals, food onboard was excellent, when i was married and RA it went to shit.

    Scran in a van, 2 slices of gravy, cold veg and a pie that saw service on D-Day. Lovely grub.
