Go into any AFCO and you will have to look hard to find a publicity picture of a white male sailor - you will see lots of pics of female/non-white sailors however. Last I heard they were trying to recruit more people from "ethnic minorities" and women. Seems they don't want the best person for the job, but rather whoever ticks the right "diversity" boxes.

And before anyone disagrees.... go to your local AFCO and see for yourself.

They do look a bit Chinese though.

Incidentally one idea for a T-shirt would be to have Rum Ration spelt out in flag semaphore in two lines of text on above the other, with outline drawings of duck suited matelots sending the signal. I'll need one in XXXXL

A lot of OM(C)s have a touch of "Mongolian" about them.
