    Selection Interview 2 questions

Hey guys got 2 questions on the final selection interview to ask that im not 100% sure on. The second im sure is a wild consipracy i've created in my head that im will probably result in ridicule from the seasoned members however any help is much appreciated !

    1. Do you find out on the day if you have passed or failed the interview.

    2. Bare with me here. When i went to my first meeting i was told it would take me 6 months to complete the recruitment phase ( it has) and then it would be a 6 month wait for a date to go to Raleigh. However when i went for my recruit test, typically, i was LAST out of 20 people to get my results and as the man was in a rush he spoke to me and the second last person at the same time telling him his wait for the royal marines was 6 months and my wait for warfare specialist submariner could be up to 2 years but he said he wasnt sure on mine (as he was in a rush) Long story short. Is it a good sign i've been given my selection interview this quickly or am i a delusional fool who will have to keep is job in McDonalds for another 2 years ???

    1. Yep

    2. Don't resign just yet, your Careers Adviser will be able to update you at interview, but depending on WS (SM) trade it could be anything between 12 - 24 months.

    3. Good Luck.
Always verify any advice at your nearest AFCO

Would like to take the piss, but sympathise with your situation. In your position I'd do whatever's best for you. Why not PM Ninja the AFCO. He can offer practical advice, as well as taking the piss. Best of luck
