I presume at some time one of the grownups saw some lardy arsed matelot with a can in one hand and a blue liner in the other and thought, by the time chubby gets out of his rack, shuffles to his action station and recovers from the coughing fit and expulsion of lung tissue brought on by the exertion it will be bad guys one good guys nil, but when did all this fitness malarkey kick off and who had the idea.

All the ships company had to do it as it was a fleet wide thing. I heard the mob binned the idea after a few of the 20 blue liner and 6 pint a day brigade had heart attacks etc.
Ready to be corrected as it was a while ago now.Sh1t shot, pumping slop.
