    Peak flow

    Hello all,

Just a quick question. I have to do a peak flow chart for 28 days, I'm just wondering what the required level is?? I'm on day 14 at the moment and blowing between 550 and 590. I know that if I know the minimum requirement won't help me but it is nice to know..

    Thank you in advance

Depends on your age and height. If you're normal height then >550 is ok.

    Hope you don't smoke!
