I know a 15 year 2 star AB who hasn't passed his fitness test since 2004. Not medically downgraded not MBOS either. Not been kicked out for failure of RNFT. It looks like the only way they are getting rid of him will be via the redundancy tranche. He gets a fair bit of money through that. If they got rid of him for failing RNFT's they wouldn't have had to pay a redundancy package
